Maybe it's just an advertisement for Vykkers labs, not a sign to say that a train goes there, if yo ugo to a train station and see big posters, you don't think that they take you to perfume factories and things.
Another thearoy is that OI didn't know that Vykkers labs was going to be a blimp.
