Get back to the second screen of this tunnel, where there is a vertical saw and a horizontal saw.
There is a secret ledge just to the right. See the debris falling?
Make a run-jump to the right, then hoist up. You will be in the screen where there is a ring to disable the bone saws.
After pulling it, go right to save more two blind mudokons.
Get back and save the remaining blind mudokons.
