Chapter 14: All is not lost

Gertian and the sligs were angry that Slaga had escaped their clutches again. "There is nutin we can do boss!" Yelled a slig. All of a sudden, Gertian had an idea. "All is not lost, my troops. I know where Slaga is going next." He said. "Where is that, boss?" Asked another slig.
"It's the Iceshad Mountain." Replied Gertian, "Slaga is searching for four fire. Right now, he has three. We must not let him get that fire on the top of that mountian. So I guess we'll have to race him to the top." "Yes, that plan is grand." Said a voice. The mudokkon shepard had appeared. "I thank you for the information, Molluk." Said Gertian. The mudokkon shepard had taken the shape of Molluk. "Oh, it's my pleasure." Replied Molluk. "Now there's no way Slaga will triumph!" Exclaimed Gertian. Then, they had all laughed evily.
Slaga was starting his journey to the Iceshad mountian. "I've got a feeling that I am being betrayed." Said Slaga, "I mean, what if this is all a trick. But still, I must still have trust in the shepard." Slaga had not seen this coming, but Gertian and the sligs were on the other side, following Slaga to the mountain.

Chapter 15: The race begins

It wouldn't be long until Slaga realized that Gertian was following Slaga around, since the forest would no longer seperated. Slaga finally noticed Gertian and the sligs. He held out his gun. "What are you doing here?" Asked Slaga. Gertian did a small, evil laugh. "Racing you up to the mountian." Replied Gertian. "Racing me?" Said Slaga in a confused way. I know what you are looking for, Slaga. Thanks to the valuble information I was given, I have a closer eye on you." Replied Gertian. "Who in the world gave you that info?" Asked Slaga raising his gun more. "You just don get it, do you Slaga?" Said Gertian. He and the sligs ran off, taking first place in the race so far.
Slaga decided to walk. He was tired after all that running in that other place anyways. "Who gave him such information?" Slaga kept asking himself. He had finally arrived at Iceshad Mountain at night.
Luckily, because of Slaga's good eyes, he could see Gertian's camp not nearly halfway up the mountian. Slaga could feel snow under his legs. He already began to feel cold. "I must get through this." Slaga had said if he ever would feel scared.
He fianlly began his journey going up the mountain. It was slippery, so he had to be careful. By morning, he was a little bit halfway up the mountain. It had been nonstop climbing for him. Suddenly, while Slaga was still climbing, Slaga had slipped. He found himself dangling from a cliff, holding on for dear life Also, a huge snowdrift was falling down, and it was coming towards him. He had done a quick side crawl and dodged it by the skin of a human pair of teeth. Slaga climbed back up and regained balance. "Oh! I am sorry! I didn't mean to do that." Said the voice of a worried female. A figure of a blue female mudokkon appeared.
