Don't worry, you've already been "accepted" [as it were] and I'm sure you'll get on "swimmingly" here. {As for the personal tragedy most people here [if you wanted to] would listen to you if you just wanted to talk to someone. We're generally great people here and care for each other.} I like the fact we've got someone as filled with life here as you are.

There's a great roleplaying section here, and even if you don't 'fancy' roleplaying Oddworld, in the NOF&L section you can roleplay there. And in the F&L section there's a wide variety of artwork, and I look forward to seeing your work.

Unlike you I'm more... Native. Although I do love this industrial layout ^_^, you can make yourself a slig here, as each slig is unique. And your individuality is based on your personality.

I think the best qualities for here would be a good sense of humor, patience [which it sounds like you're good at already], a good sense of posting {as in good threads that will cause a good reaction} and the will to be yourself.
