Anyway, Sligco, you could try Gmax, it's a free program which is basically a toned-down version of 3DS Max. "Toned-down" as in, you cannot render models normally, you are quite limited to what sort of files you can save, and a lot of Maxscript from 3DS Max won't work in Gmax. On the plus side, it's free
