I just got word from my mom that my cousin's in the hospital for ten days. He tried to commit suicide somehow, and I feel...scared, betrayed, I don't know. Nick is one of my favorite family members, and the closest thing I have to a brother, even if I don't see him much.

He never hinted at wanting to die. He seemed just like a regular joe when I was at his house during the holidays. Why did he feel the need to try something so...Ugh, I'm just so confused about it all!

No word on whether he's recovering from something or just being kept in a hospital to keep him from doing something to himself. I don't know how he's doing. I just hope to whoever that he's all right.
