Are there any cheats for the PC Abe's Oddysee and Abe's Exoddus other than just View All FMV and Choose Level?...

No, for PC I'm pretty sure that those are the only cheats. Oh, wait, there's one more:
While you are actually playing the game(Abe's Exoddus), you can hold down
shift then push the arrow keys in this order:
left right up down left right. That skips to the next path.
