Not much luck so far - but I have found the screen codes in the .lvl files. It almost looks like it could be some sort of archive, because it has things like PVP01C01.CAM, so maybe .CAM files are the actual images?
Anyway, I've added two more thumbnails to my post above. And the address for if the thumbnails don't work.
