Why does everyone get pissed off at somebody if there new?

We only get "pissed" at them when they don't follow the rules. I was treated well when I was new becuase I did so and used proper spelling and grammar.
Now Strangergamer, you are acting like you have been spoiled by message boards. Why don't you take this up with Disgrunteled Intern, he'd set you in your place if he had the time.
