My hopes are that Stranger grows some horns. Steef horns look so regal.

They could jokingly play it off like a pregnancy scene or something, except that it's horns coming trough his head and not a baby.

Grubb: "Okay, now puuush!"

Stranger: "HuurrrrRRRRRRGGGHHH! *huff huff* HUUURRRRGGHGHHH!"

Grubb: *pats Stranger's head* "That's it, you're doing so good!"

Stranger: "AGH! It's like pushing a Watermelon through my forehead!"
