They are also listed as first area and hold out (this room is also seen in the paper layout). It also looks like those are place-holder guns around the crates. It's obvious these two areas never appeared in Stranger's Wrath, so all signs point to Fangus.
Click on the pictures, the URL's for the first three images have the word "fangus" in them.
