Where did you find them??
I first bought them in the black market but I didn't knew how to use them too. After I've watched the live ammo movie of sniper wasps I saw that you could enter the sniper screen by presseng a single button. Before I saw the movie I thought you'd had to do it using your D-pad os. Luckily I found out about the black button.
