I can see why people want to get it for medical reasons. Something on the outside of a person could've caused serious emotional problems and those problems might disappear with it. But people who do it just to make others like them more are ridiculous.
Which makes me one of them, I'm afraid. I know it's the easy way out (and most expensive) but I would just love to have all this extra weight disappear overnight.
