I don't think it works when it comes to breasts because the jump in size is unbelievable. A good example of this is Pamela Anderson. She used to be hot, and I mean industrial strength HOTT. But then she started whoring herself out more and she listened to the "You need a gigantic rack to succeed in the entertainment business" and now she looks hideous. Its like shes got bags of grout for tits, its unbelievable. Even post reduction shes a good 2, 3 times bigger than she was in the 80s. My rule( I know I sound like a sexist jackass here, but this is just my rule): Anything more than a handful just ain't right. I think that it is a total crap shoot and a good 40 to 50 percent of the people who do it look worse post operation, no matter what is getting put in or taken out. Minor things likee face lifts, tummy tucks, etc don't bother me half as much as major nose and boob work.
