That's a total sterotype. First off, not everyone who smokes pot does that. Second of all, if someones stoned, they know they're being retarded. It just that since pot makes you dumb, stupid stuff amuses and interests you. So if you say something you think is profound, it's another 20 minutes of stupid joy thinking about it.
