I wonder if by "mentally fight" they mean in certain parts of the game you'll go into Fangus' head and try and escape/fight off the infection...
Oh, and Kudos goes to OSW for having pausable cutscenes, something i believe i (and a few others) said they should implement in an earlier discussion before OSW came out.
