When I first saw that picture, "Gothic" sprung to mind, not Oddworld. While I'm sure this character will have many things going for him, in that drawing it looks like they got rid of the traditional Oddworld charm, which is the thing that has made me love Oddworld the most.

Being dark does not equal to being gothic (and I know what I'm talking about)
and we have to face it: Oddworld is changing
it's still oddworld, but in a different way, not Abe anymore the poor little smuk
