The Outlaw Boss characters comprise of both Wolvarks and the actual Outlaw species, which appears to involve various variations within it's own. A couple of these Outlaw Bosses also appear to be the same species as some types of their Minions - squat, big jawwed but also the type who are like Jo'Momma with the horns.
Basically, all the species appear to be called Outlaws and there is no different species for Boss or Minion. Some Wolvarks, who appear to primarily work for Sekto and his company, have also taken to the Outlaw life.
