Well, as I live in Germany I cannot tell, whether the disc is available in Holland.
I got both discs from eBay.
The German PAL DVD from the German eBay site.
I paid 14,50 EUR including shipping, but one day later another one selled for 15,50 EUR plus 3,20 EUR for shipping.
Just search for "Oddworld DVD".
Unfortunately, it seems that at the moment no disc is offered.
And the American NTSC DVD from the US eBay site.
At the moment there seem to be three discs on offer. Just search for "Oddworld Bonus DVD".
But you have to check, whether the seller ships internationally and what the international shipping costs will be, and which payment options the seller accepts.
To get the US version to Europe can be really difficult.
I wish you good luck, but I advise you - if you don't mind the videos in English - you should definitely go for the US NTSC disc.
What I don't understand is, that I'm not able to find a British PAL version of the disc (in English). That's really strange!
