Umm... it should be noted that the supply of baddies never ends...
They keep respawning.
Your best bet would be to take out the Nailers (metal guys) as mentioned above, then take out the machine gunner (blue) guy, and, before he respawns, hit the elevator switch in the corner, wait for it to come down, hit it again, hide at the top, and shake off the damage.
Then you fight Jo Mamma.
