Ok, here's some:
One of the Clakkerz once said to me over the microphone to take a chill pill - I don't know if this is a referance to MO or just a coincidence that he said it.
I heard a Clakker say he wanted a nice cold brew - as before I don't know if this is a referance to AE or not.
In the CG movies whenever a piece of paper is placed on a desk (like the Blisterz Booty wanted poster, Strangers operation papers, and the steef head poster) a fly always seems to buzz across the screen - I'm not sure what it's supposed to mean or represent though.
And finally when you're in the dam near the end of the game if you look at the red curtain things hanging down they seem to have the Magog Cartel logo on them, suggesting that Sekto is part of the Magog Cartel.
