Heh. What I mean is I can sleep for a solid eight hours, being completely unconscious the whole time, and still feel like I haven't closed my eyes for more than a few seconds. Sorry, I wasn't as coherent as usual the other day.
Sleep Balm. Is that the brand name? Is it available in the U.S.? Does it actually work? How much does it cost? Is it available without prescription? I might be interested in this stuff.
I, too, find that I find myself thinking too much when I try to sleep. It's really hard to sleep when your mind is working overtime.
