Ebay. And to clarify my colleagues' previous posts: DVDs are not NTSC/PAL. They're the same all over the world, but of course some have region encoding to stop you playing a Yugoslavian DVD in Tonga. But this DVD seems to be region free so it will work on any DVD player. Any talk of Xbox's is just confusing the issue as it's a DVD and not a game.
