I never would have guessed they would move. Perhaps they are expanding to a larger complex? Sounds good anyway, but they'll be right next to San Fransisco, as well as the University of Berkeley... Perhaps the university is the reason.
I've attached a map of it, just because I was interested in finding Emeryville
