But I don't think a person is supposed to find their soul mate when they're ten . . .
And even if they do, do they really need to go out for that? They're ten. Are they really going to talk about anything on a "date" that they wouldn't talk about on the playground? It seems like being friends with someone can tell one more than enough to know if one is really interested. Of course I could be wrong. I have no experience, per se, in this matter. i'm not saying they'll find it when they're ten.
but dating when you are younger does help you get accustomed to what the opposite sex is like.
in any case, it doesn't matter. ten-year olds are really serious about anything. another important facet of any relationship is sex.
sex is necessary in a healthy relationship.
and ten-year old just don't have the goods.
