Holland, being a part of Europe, should be getting Munch's Oddysee on 14th March 2002. Munch's Oddysee is an Xbox exclusive, and also a launch title, so Xbox will come out in March too.
Unfortunately, Munch will only appear on Xbox - not on Playstation 1 or 2, nor on PC.
However, if you're looking for wallpapers, there's plenty about, but the only place I could recomend to you off the top of my head is
