I don't really have much of a problem reading things with incomplete grammer, but that is partly because my school work used to have sentences without grammer and I had to write it all in, E.G.
that house which is the third one on the road is white
That house, which is the third one on the road, is white.
However, spelling is what annoys me, especially when a word is spelled completely wrong. That doesn't happen very often, fortunately. Also, abbreviating
everything is really, really annoying, as shown in some of the examples in this thread.

is a sentence. Just "Tim is Dutch" would be a sentence, too.
