I have, all the colours are done, as well as formatting. But the images are yet to be done - I've got to get in contact with Abe Babe to snatch the vBulletin Graphics Development Kit before I can start on the buttons / icons / etc.
I'll post a preview for members to give me their feedback, as I seem to have the knack of choosing the worst colours in the world. What appears good on my screen is not often what happens on others'
