I really liked the forest right before New Yolk City. It was lush and scenic and really nice to look at.

Seconded. I mean, that landscape rivaled stuff from the Myst/Riven series. Even with snipers breathing down your neck, it was a really gorgeous place.
Also, Last Legs. Mock up of Normandy. Enough said.
Lastly, the underwater lake you travel through to get to Sekto Springs. Just rowing down that lush cavern seemed like a CG movie even though you were actually playing.
