I know some have said how long it took to finish the game, but what about those of you who went all out and saved every last boss (and maybe even outlaw)?

When you say "saved" I believe you mean bring in alive. Well, it's possible to bring in every outlaw boss in alive, which I did, but minions are another story. Some are posted in high places that you can't reach, so when you shoot to stun, they fall to their death. Yeah, so some minions you have no choice but to kill.
