2) How much of the book is dedicated to the Stranger's Wrath game? I have been playing it and the art design of the game is phenomenal! I hope it's more than a few pages.

The section of the book devoted to
Stranger's Wrath is a lot shorter than the others, and contains no art that hasn't already been released on the Internet. I suspect that at the time of compiling the book, there was less art to choose from. No, wait - it would make more sense that OWI didn't want to reveal to much about their upcoming game at that point.
