I figured why I couldn't go on oddchat, I didn't have Java. Yes, that was my problem, so I looked throught google and found that I can download it. When I did, it worked!
So it might be because you have don't Java, try:
www.java.com
And then go on download
.
Edit: Acually I might be wrong. It might beacuse on the
Internet Options had the "java" ticked off, so if it is, then you might have to tick it on. That's also what I did.
