I broke my pinky toe only a month or two ago, while playing soccer in my backyard with my sister. We always play soccer, volleyball, tennis, badminton, or any other sports we can fit into our backyard (it isn't a terribly big backyard). Anyway, we never wear shoes, and as it happened, I went to kick the ball into her goals, at the same moment, she dug her foot into the ball as well, launching the ball off to the side. But our feet continued to accelerate. In trying to move my foot, and attention to where the ball was now heading, my pinky toe collided with her very hard ankle We both ended up hopping around like mad swearing curses at imaginary people

This story above any of the others make me the least comfortable... Probably because I can relate to it.
