Super Munch, you can pre-order the game off the Internet. I believe they usually ship very swiftly, but the only other way you could play the game is to acquire either an illegal copy or a foreign copy with a modded Xbox. OWF can't endorse either.
The Marching Mudokon, I think there's been a Holiday card released every Seasonal Season since 1997, which would mean there are now eight cards. I think I have six.
