Yes, I've heard of AoM, I played the demo once, but not the full game. Starcraft uses 2d graphics but I wanted to have 3d models and then render them to 2d graphics.

I know the feeling, I've had so many projects that have been lost through formats. Usually it's the good ones I lose, too!
Anyway, I'm going to wait for word from OWI (I took your advice, Nate_dog_woof) before I do any more with it - it will be a bit annoying if I'm just getting into the job and then they tell me I'm not allowed to do it!
