Good news, everyone!
Genki Katchum over at GameFAQs has kindly scanned in the two-page review. There's a few new screenshots in there, including one of Stranger wielding a Stingbee Blast and maybe a Riot Slug in a snowy environment with a lot of electrical activity flying around, a bounty selection screen, and best of all, a giant image of a Gloktigi!

The text in the main article is clear enough for me to read, though it strains the old eyes a lot. The heavy image captions are trickier. Apparently the Gloktigi follows you around and fires sticky goo at you, which you need to shake off. In New Yolk City also, a caption mentions that you need to look out for a fortune-telling machine and a black something which I can't make out. All very interesting.
