And SeaRex, I agree, if 'owned' is the only thing in a post, it's spam, but what about if 'owned' is used in a post, and the post later on adds to the conversation?

Fine. Whatever. So long as no one quotes a simple response from a person with the "classic owned zinger," then I'm fine.
