it would be interesting if London was nuked and there was nobody assigned to control, i'd personally like to see how America would react.

Yeah, it would be interesting to see how America reacted but none of us in the UK would know. If one nuke had hit London there's be more headed to the rest of England. But before even the first one hit we would send ours out to whatever country fired it.
