Yes, they should. I will still be mentally opposed to it, though. And I think it's a shame that love isn't a prerequisite for marriage. In terms of marriage, I place polygamists on the same level as people who marry then divorce for money, Vegas drive-in wedding couples, and the like.
So I guess I don't have a problem with people having multiple partners. It's just when people have multiple partners and claim to be really in love with them, or try to marry, that I have to put my foot down.
By way of explanation, Oddly, I think that remark, in addition to being utter spam, was really tacky and making light of something I'm trying to discuss in earnest. And, for the love of god, where is the humor in that? It's all the poor taste of basic cable comedy without the comedy.
