I hate it when people complain about being "single". I say it's better than some bullshit relationship just for the sake of not being lonely. Loneliness is the human condition. If there's someone you really care about, good for you, go for them. If not, learn how to cope on your own. And if you're just looking for a good time, don't set up any false pretenses.

Jacob, correct me if I'm wrong. You say one shouldn't have sex with someone one likes for more than their physical qualities? That seems to go against the fundamental ideas of civilized sexual activity. I think it's a shame to give up virginity for "a one-night stand". Sex should be with someone you know and love and trust. Bollocks to anyone who gets burned. That's life. To forego emotion for simple sexual satisfaction is just weak. You should read Brave New World.
