I personally would skip a flash movie about rules, man I didn't even watch the one linked to in this post. Most new users will most likely know the drill with forums, and will know how to act appropriately on forums & to other users.
Sorry, flash movies do not appeal to everyone. And I think a flash movie about rules is a silly idea
I prefer the written rules, easy & simple to follow. They've always worked..
