Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind - The entire game.
Hehehe... great game, though.
I fell through the world on Otogi 2 the other day. Luckily, you can stay afloat in the game infinitely, so I just kind of slash/jumped my way back to the surface. Scared the crap out of me though. Just playing and... boom! I'm falling.
