- Get a subject like a popular game or hobby, and make a forum for it.
- The subject game or hobby must have NO other forums.
- You must have a good PAID domain name, and a really good forum skin.
- Get your forum listed on Google so that it comes up as a page 1 result.
- Tell as many people about the forum as you possibly can.
- Advertise moderator positions to draw in the power-hungry crowd.
Et voila! You'll have a successful forum in no time!
