I probably could. But the thing is, most of the time he'll shoot me as soon as he sees me. Sometimes I'm lucky enough to get to the next screen, but I get shot anyway. And if ever I was even luckier, to escape his gunfire, by what I see of the next screen I'll either fall and die anyway, or land on another platform. Which has, wait for it - Another slig.
