I didn't see any link to purchase the Strategy Guide on that (play.com) website. Unless I had to search for it.

I searched for it and it looks like I must have imagined it. Also, the only OWI game they sell is MO. So I wouldn't recommend going there unless you want a cheap version of MO and if you live in the UK or Europe (They only sell PAL and European versions).
