I wonder if the official site will do some updates with the characters of Stranger in their universe section
like they did for MO

I've been wondering about that as well. Though the structure of the game is different to the past three Oddworld games. Where as in the past, there were clealy defined Native, Industrial and Wildlife creatures / characters / location / vehicles, it is somewhat different now.
There are still Natives, but can you class the outlaws as industrialists? Or do they go into the Native bunch? Perhaps a new system is being developed.
