Spawn would kick Blade's monkey ass. Spawn Seasons 1-3> Better than anything Blade related movie-wise. Also, Spawn is kicking major booty comic wise. So, pop-culture wise Spawn ought to beat down. Also, being the leader of Malebolgia's army is so much better than being a day-walking vampire, which is really all that Blade has going for him. Even with allies Blade is toast! I defy Whistler and his ilk to stand up to Houdini or Cogliostro, not to mention the rulers and powers of Hell. Nope, not gonna happen
