There are actually quite a few Oddworld boards out there, but they tend to lack in the numbers, even though they belong to large sites like GameSpot and IGN (only two examples).
GameFAQs has boards on Stranger, as well as every other Oddworld game. They share the same boards as GameSpot, and members of both boards can interact together. You can check out the Stranger's Wrath board on GameFAQs / GameSpot here:
