Majic, your divorce comment was ingenious.

IMPORTANT: I want to say right now that everything I say in this thread is my opinion alone and not meant to be imposed on anyone, just so I don't have to keep repeating "in my opinion" or "I personally believe...", etc.

Anyway, about the whole God creating homosexuals or whatever... Whether you think they're evil or not, God did create everything. Even evil, at least indirectly. I'll look up verses if we're basing what we say on the Bible.

And I'm so glad that Oddguy or whoever pointed out that there are different things meant for different times.

Random examples: 1. The whole stoning thing. God says to stone those who do bad things in the Old Testament. (I think it's mainly because they had to be strict in those times to survive.) But in the New Testament, Jesus tells people something to the extent of "Let those who have not sinned, cast the first stone."
2. People in the Old Testament were told to make sacrifices and burnt offerings; the New Testament says all you have to do is pray to Jesus.
3. The Old Testament says not to eat certain foods for they are unclean, but Peter in the New Testament says all foods God creates are clean You should only not eat them when in the presence of someone that doing so would offend.

Our duty as Christians is only to spread love of God, not point out whatever you consider sins of others. We're told that we should be so busy repenting from our own sins that we shouldn't have time to notice others'.
