That certainly looks like a vykker in the above pic. And the fact that the vykker is hanging in front of the "Docs Retreat: [For a]ll yer surgical needs" sign suggest that Stranger's doc may be a vykker.
But I like the idea that the doctor may be a new species; I'm not really fond of the "one species for one profession/ social rank". But then again seeing the vykkers again would be cool.
But then why did Lorne say that fuzzles were the only members of the cast that were old? Maybe he meant the fuzzles were the only recurring "good guys" (if you can call fuzzles that?).
